“Diddle, diddle” features a plastic grid that extends from the canvas into space, representing an abstract cow doing just what the nursery rhyme suggests. The grid was generated by custom-written software that simulates a springy material stretched by five points in space. As the cow is three-dimensional, it changes shape depending on where the viewer stands.
